We collect only what's needed to find and remove your images, and we keep it only as long as we need to.
What we keep
- Your images, but only in encrypted, unreadable form
- A hash of each image, to help prevent re-uploads
- Your case details: your name, intake answers, and case status
- Masked links to content we've found
What we don't keep
- No viewable copy of your images, ever
- No master key that unlocks everything
- Your images longer than a case requires
- Photos or face captures in any data export you request
You can delete your account and ask us to delete your data at any time. Some information may be kept longer where the law requires it.
